This is a packaging redesign for the menstrual hygiene brand known as Sparkle. Sparkle menstrual pads are plant-based pads that are not made with any conventional plastics (polypropylene and polyethylene), synthetic super absorbents (sodium polyacrylate), artificial fragrances, deodorants, dyes, chlorine bleach, latex, parabens, formaldehyde, dioxins, or chloroform. This means they pair well with sensitive skin, and don’t cause rashes or irritation. Additionally, their products are made with plant-based materials which not only makes them great for our bodies, but great for the earth as well.
Objective of Rebrand
The goal of this redesign was to elevate Sparkle’s visual identity and shelf presence. The original packaging failed to communicate the product’s unique benefits—its plant-based, hypoallergenic materials and sustainable ethos—while also blending in among competitors. This redesign aims to create a more eye-catching, modern package that clearly conveys Sparkle’s value and appeals to conscious consumers. Additionally, increasing the product quantity per box addresses practicality and convenience for users.
